Introduction:

Staff security has always been main priority
To minimize the risks and to provide a quick response in case of emergency, the Communication Staff have implemented a Minimum Operating Safety
Standards (M.O.S.S) as defined by the security in charge and M.I.S.T.S. Minimum Security Telecommunications Standards by the Communication Officer/ in charge.
A country office or sub offices radio room has to provide the services required under moss and mists. In this article we discuss on outlines the standard operating procedures for the radio room and radio room staff. It should always be available to the radio operator on duty, and should be updated with relevant information as required by the communication in charge and safety in charge.
